Class Descriptions:

 Reformer Class 

 A classical Pilates equipment class that uses one of the more popular apparatus, the Reformer. Using the standard set of Reformer exercises to reinforce and refresh the principals of Pilates in any-body!

 Group Mat 

 A classical floor class utilizing the standard set of Pilates Mat exercises while offering additions and modifications to fit any level of experience.

 Open Gym 

If you are looking for extra time to explore Pilates at your own pace, or if your schedule is not quite matching up with ours, then Open Gym is for you. We have reserved a few hours each day to give you free reign of the studio while we are close by to keep watch. Prerequisites: clients must have Pilates experience and be cleared by our instructors; 1hour per session; new clients require a minimum of 2 private sessions before admittance.

 Booty Board 

A reformer class utilizing the Jump Board to focus on firming up your booty! Get ready to move and sweat, this is an intermediate class. We also offer a beginning version too!

  Core Fitness Roller  
This class will reinforce core stabilization and dynamic movement by integrating vertical and horizontal balance challenges for a total body workout, while offering versatility for all fitness levels.
 Lunch Express 

 Need a mid-day pick me up? This lunch-time reformer class will pump you up providing essential Pilates exercises in enough time to get on with the rest of your day.


 Circuit 

This equipment class uses every piece of equipment in the studio for a challenging, exciting, and whole body workout.

 

 Wine-Down, Wind Down 

 You work hard all week, so treat yourself to a double pleasure! This Thursday night class will work the body gently and after class, relax the mind with a complementary glass of wine (non-alcoholic beverage will be available as well)
